台北市新生北路、南京東路口今天凌晨發生死亡車禍，22歲郜姓男子凌晨5點多開車行經該路口疑因沒注意路況，撞死50歲陳姓機車騎士。郜肇事逃逸，事後竟叫其16歲江姓小弟向警方投案頂替，但遭警方識破。中山警分局根據江的供述，循線查獲郜男到案，並在新竹山區找到被藏匿的肇事車輛。



























據了解，江姓少年向警方投案發生車禍，但他對肇事時間地點，甚至車輛型號，都回答不清楚，且神情緊張心虛，警方研判他替人頂罪，直到警方告知騎士已身亡，江才驚覺「代誌大條」說出實情。

















警方已循線逮到郜男，查出他已把肇事車輛藏去新竹山區，隨即派人前往新竹將車拖回，全案依過失致死、肇事逃逸等罪嫌偵辦。
