走路習慣也會影響壽命長短？上周最新研究發表，指出不論體重條件，走路快的人平均壽命都要比走路慢的人來的長。



























根據《每日郵報》報導，英國萊斯特大學(University of Leicester)在2006至2016十年間，針對了人體生物資料庫上的47.5萬人、平均52歲的中年人進行徹底分析，發現到走路速度快的女性預期壽命在86歲至88歲左右、男性則是85歲至87歲；但若走路較慢的女性預期壽命僅72歲左右，男性更是跌至65歲。

















《梅奧診所學報》上周發表的論文表示，這項研究對於體重過重的人依舊是用，雖然不代表走的快必定活得久，但確實有相關性，專家指出，步行速度未來或許可以成為醫師判斷患者健康的粗略方式。

















事實上，這項研究成果已經不是第一次被醫學專家提出，早在2011年、2013年時，先後都有醫生與研究人員提出類似觀點；在去年，雪梨大學更表示自己校內研究發現，即使是使用平均速度走路的人們，依舊可以比走路慢的人降低20%的早逝風險。
