清明連假可安排戶外活動。氣象專家表示，週四北部水氣較多，週五、六明顯轉晴，週日雖有另一波鋒面接近，比預期更弱，也可能到禮拜一才會對台灣造成影響，還要繼續觀察，除北部、東部有偶陣雨，其他地區大致溫和舒適。
氣象達人彭啟明在臉書表示，今年4天連假，天氣比之前預期還要好很多，週四白天，各地大致多雲，北部、東半部水氣較多，位於迎風面有偶陣雨，週五上午，微弱鋒面通過，影響北部、中部、東部有短暫陣雨，
他說到，週六鋒面遠離、乾空氣移入，各地雨勢緩停，轉為多雲到晴，週日有另波鋒面南下，目前看來比預期還要再減弱，也可能週一才會對北部、東部產生影響，還要再觀察，整體來說，清明連假有兩波鋒面，影響中北部、東部地區有雨，南部則大致維持多雲的天氣。
氣象專家吳德榮也在「三立準氣象·老大洩天機」表示，清明假期雖有的兩波移動快速的短波掠過，僅第一波對北海岸、東北部稍有影響，時間也很短，最新電腦模擬對這兩波短波的影響，有愈修愈弱的趨勢，各地仍為多雲時晴、天氣舒適，山區及東半部有局部短暫雨的機率，整體而言，春假大致溫和舒適，僅週五小變化。
