志工菁英獎 立志中學囊括4席

第19屆保德信青少年志工菁英獎，高雄市政府表揚獲獎的19名高雄市青少年志工，長期推動志願服務課程的高雄市立志中學一舉囊括4席，成果豐碩。
頒獎典禮上，高雄市政府副市長洪東煒、社會局長葉壽山及教育局長吳榕峯都出席祝賀。洪東煒表示，市府長期鼓勵青少年參與社會服務，並提供展現的平台，期盼高雄囝仔一起將志工精神發光發熱。立志中學資訊科三年3班柯驊宸榮獲全國前8名的全國菁英志工獎，陳鵬喆、楊嘉翔及吳東洺榮獲全國前150名的奉獻獎。
立志中學資訊科三年2班是該校的特色班，除了專業術科，班級導師莊朝勝更重視志願服務課程，上一輪帶班也創下4位同學同時獲得保德信青少年志工菁英獎的紀錄。
莊朝勝和學生們常常聚在一起做志工、參加比賽、考證照、參加路跑、旅遊。兩年多來，全班同學共計取得1452張乙、丙級證照及國際認證，競賽獲獎累計2183項次，志願服務時數累計達13105小時。
該班不只在志願服務，學科也大有斬獲，莊朝勝班上計有22位同學上榜大學及科大，其中21位還是國立大學或科大。柯驊宸與吳東洺兩位同學，於今年1月大學及科大特殊選才，已分別上榜高雄醫學大學醫務管理暨醫療資訊學系及國立高雄科技大學電子工程。
莊朝勝表示，孩子們願意投入志工服務之外，也不忘兼顧學業，掌握自己的人生方向。莊朝勝2019新學年度的資訊科特色班，目前已有不少同學家長指定，希望透過平衡的學習生活，打下未來大學生活的基礎。
