蔡政府近來屢次指控大陸散播假訊息，國安局2日赴立院的報告，更直指中共直接對在台陸媒或「同路媒體」提供特定報導內容及帶「風向」。但被問及同路媒體具體為哪幾家時，備詢的國安局副局長陳文凡均以情報工作為由不願透露，遭多位藍委炮轟國安局說話不負責任，帶風向充當打手，藍委曾銘宗更氣得說要狀告監察院。
立法院外交及國防委員會昨以「中國假訊息心戰之因應對策」邀集陸委會、國安局、警政署及國防部政治作戰局等單位報告並備質詢。其中國安局於報告中指出，中共直接對在台陸媒或「同路媒體」提供特定報導內容及風向，散播分化台灣民眾向心之爭議訊息，導引其他媒體協力跟風報導。
陳文凡備詢時表示，「同路媒體」這個名詞，是國安局發覺有部分在台媒體宣傳內容與報導口吻都跟大陸對台威脅言論語調相通，包括電子、平面媒體及網紅都有成中共同路媒體的現象。
藍委呂玉玲質詢時批評國安局創造新名詞「同路媒體」，要求國安局直接點名是哪幾家？陳文凡答覆，「這個訊息不必懷疑」，呂玉玲追問國安局已經帶風向，不敢講清楚就是假訊息。陳說，確實掌握部分媒體，但情報工作本質必須有所保留，「真實不必懷疑」，「不太方便公開把這些媒體講出來」。
呂玉玲批評國安局帶風向，製造社會混亂，國人有知的權利，國安局話說一半不負責任，就是製造假消息、假新聞的人。藍委馬文君也批評國安局，有證據就說出來「不要當打手」。
陸委會副主委邱垂正昨表示，政府相關機關各有專業分工，目的是提醒國人針對中共假訊息氾濫對台灣民主與國安影響，相關機關也會共同努力強化民主防衛機制。他強調陸委會沒有同路媒體相關名單，我政府尊重新聞自由，只要是進行專業客觀公正報導就沒有違法。
