新聞透視有霸氣但缺地氣的郭台銘，何以受國民黨大老擁戴？背後關鍵，無非是韓國瑜創造的奇蹟，從來就無關哪位黨政高官的幫忙，而是全靠個人胼手胝足；若讓中生代的他更上一層樓，形同宣告國民黨將正式完成世代交替。因此，所謂「推郭棄韓」，是既得利益者的反撲，更是國民黨遺老孤臣的權力保衛戰。

綜觀農曆年後各類大選民調，數據各有差異，但共通點都指向韓國瑜是藍營內部，唯一面對任何賽局都能壓制對手的最強戰將。國民黨真有心打贏2020，本該料敵從寬、擇強應戰。
結果，這個黨對於總統提名辦法的操作卻反其道而行，從保留萬分之一徵召、徵召領表、特邀領表，到舉行榮譽狀受贈儀式替郭台銘搭建初選舞台，步步盡是隱含殺朱、卡韓的權謀算計。
既得利益者 擋世代交替
但如此橫著幹對國民黨有好處嗎？答案當然是否定的。可是對黨大老而言，韓國瑜的竄出，確實已讓他們陷入強烈的權力焦慮；為穩固政治地盤，非萬不得已，恐怕都不會鬆口拱韓。
韓與民同行 無色已覺醒
因為，被國民黨流放16年的韓國瑜，能靠1碗魯肉飯贏得五湖四海，從四面楚歌走向八面威風，靠的不是在深如宮廷的國民黨拉幫結派，而是以行動願景振奮人心，用價值信念與百姓結盟；所以，圍繞他身邊的人從杏仁哥、強強滾，到名不見經傳的市井小民，就是不見令多數民眾生厭的老政客。
面對此一局勢，還在宮廷踏步的國民黨頭人們，豈能不膽戰心驚？所以，面對郭台銘的參選，吳敦義的心為何會噗通噗通跳？馬英九要默默牽線樂觀其成？這群人與郭或有私人情誼，但更多的恐怕是要藉此抵擋世代交替的提前到來，才會因此不惜背對人民。
只是，隨著遺老權貴圍繞在郭台銘身邊，儼然讓這場國民黨初選，不僅成為「庶民vs.權貴」的階級對決，更是一場「非典型vs.傳統」的價值對決。
背對著民意 馬吳圍繞郭
從個人利益來說，大老們當然能繼續擁抱郭台銘、抗拒韓國瑜，只是已丟掉2次政權的國民黨，豈能又忘了「得民心者得天下」的政治鐵律？當94％的台灣人走向無黨無派，當無色覺醒藉由韓流推倒傳統政治高牆，國民黨到底是要繼續圍城取暖，還是轉身廣納民意？形勢大好、情勢大壞的國民黨，千萬別再敗給「自私」2字了。
