一日之計在於晨！一般民眾幾乎天天都會到早餐店吃早餐，方便又快速，事實上，長期吃下來恐對健康造成嚴重危害。台灣權威毒理專家招名威就提醒，早餐店當中最毒的食材就是「油」了！



























早餐店裡賣的餐點經常需要經過油來煎煮，根據《三立新聞網》報導，招名威表示，多數早餐店因成本考量都使用較便宜的油品，其中omega-3脂肪酸含量少，且含有耐熱度低的不飽和脂肪酸，若是經過高溫煎炸，就容易變質。

















此外，早餐店裡有許多加工食品，像是火腿、培根、熱狗….等等，和油一起加熱、煎煮，累積下來的毒會十分可怕。

















招名威表示，加工食材配上成本低廉的油，長期下來肯定會對健康造成影響，尤其容易造成心血管疾病、糖尿病以及三高…等問題。另外，早餐店會使用的「花生醬」也容易因為花生醬發霉而產生黃麴毒素，食用後恐容易增加罹患肝癌的風險。

















若是想吃的安心，又不想將這些毒給吃下肚，招名威建議，一個禮拜吃早餐店的頻率一、兩次就好，同時慎選原料有經過認證的店家，或者選擇在家吃早餐，關鍵就是要吃的「少油」，蒸地瓜就會是不錯的選擇。
