台南市政府經濟發展局今年持續推動「中高階經理人創新學院」和「企業英語力提升計畫」兩項計畫，預計將輔導至少60間企業，提升國際競爭力及人才創新能力，4月26日及5月10日將分別舉辦說明會及講座，歡迎企業踴躍參與，共同在南市打造國際級的投資商務環境。

南市經發局指出，今年度的企業英語力提升計畫以協助企業國際行銷為核心，輔導企業在網頁、文宣、宣傳影片和既有英語商品型錄書冊上，再進行英文品質優化，並辦理英語培訓課程，加強企業對國外買家諮詢的應對能力，希望具體提升中小企業的國際接單力，將產品行銷國際。

另外面對智能時代來臨，科技不斷改變各行各業的經營、管理及行銷模式，中高階經理人創新學院也將以「智能趨勢與商機探討」及「創意加值與策略規畫」為主題，安排8場課程講座，邀請統一企業、台灣松下電器、萬國通路、台積電等知名業者分享實務經驗，還有專家一對一諮詢、企業參訪、企業小聚等，促進產業交流及商機媒合。

經發局表示，面對全球化網路行銷競爭與工業4.0來臨，提升英語力及創造新的商業模式有助企業永續經營，「企業英語力提升計畫」說明會將在4月26日於南臺科技大學舉辦，「中高階經理人創新學院」首場座談5月10日在台南生活美學館登場，歡迎中小企業參與。
