常常聽長輩告訴小孩，頭髮沒吹乾會感冒？但有國外網站就列出一般人對感冒常有的迷思，打破這些誤導大眾的經驗談。



























根據國外網站《Health》報導，感冒的四大迷思包含：

















1.感冒要多吃，發燒要少吃

















生病常常會食慾不振，應該是要補充水分，並獲得足夠卡路里。2008年《Journal of Nutrition》的研究顯示，若是只攝取低卡食物，需要很多時間恢復健康。

















2.不穿外套會感冒

















感冒和流感是由病毒引起，雖然寒冷的季節更常出現，但若是經常待在室內反而更容易感冒。事實上，多到戶外走動，更能預防疾病。

















3.頭髮濕更容易造成感冒

















天冷的時候沒有吹頭髮，可能會感覺很冷，但事實上感冒是由病毒引起，除非真的冷到體溫過低，才可能會感染，否則濕頭髮不會讓抵抗力太低。

















4.聞大蒜能防感冒

















大蒜確實能增強免疫力並對抗發炎，但必須吃進肚子裡才有效。專家建議，每天可以在飲食裡加入一、兩片的蒜瓣達到功效。
