NCC針對特定媒體開罰，國民黨立法委員踢館NCC，呼籲新聞自由、言論自由，行政院髒手拿開NCC。並批評NCC主委被請辭，NCC只針對《中天》開罰，民進黨應該改名為「民主退步黨」。














捍衛新聞自由，國民黨立委曾銘宗、費鴻泰、賴士葆、林德福、黃昭順，今日踢館NCC，痛批NCC變成髒CC。林德福說: 要是政府發布的是假新聞，NCC要不要裁罰?要不要處罰?NCC是針對性的，打壓言論自由，NCC變成髒CC，變成獨裁單位，使盡各種手段，只要沒有親綠的媒體都要打，這點讓人民看不下去。這跟過去主張言論自由的民進黨，完全背道而馳，掌握到權利後，完全就變成另外一個獨裁單位。














費鴻泰說，現在的NCC完全在配合行政院長蘇貞昌箝制言論自由，民進黨應該改名叫民主退步黨。黃昭順說，現在的政府為了要延續他的政權，NCC淪為民進黨打手，最近一個報導已經在兩分鐘內修正，NCC還是裁罰中天一百萬，還有NCC主委被請辭，看不到NCC未來主委是誰。用這種手法打壓言論自由，人民都看不下去。









曾銘宗說，蘇貞昌把髒手伸進去NCC，結果主委被請辭。所以我們今天特別拜訪NCC，強調兩點，第一個把髒手拿開，另外NCC必須依法行政，一套標準，不可針對特定媒體處罰，尤其是對中天電視台的處罰。最後他們一起呼口號「新聞自由、言論自由，行政院髒手拿開!」
