美股本波牛市已屆滿10周年，儘管2018年底一度陷顯露疲態，最後卻仍挺過危機，締造美國史上最長的多頭走勢，但高盛前資產管理董事長歐尼爾(Jim O’Neill)表示，美股對任何壞消息都非常敏感，有跡象顯示，10年牛市即將結束。














《CNBC》報導，歐尼爾警告，美國初次申請失業救濟金人數，已降至1969年以來的最低點，聯準會(Fed)可能快速扭轉今年初以來的鴿派展望。














歐尼爾強調，任何有關Fed貨幣緊縮政策的消息，都會打壓美國股市和債券市場，市場預測聯準會將在年底前緊縮貨幣，這是「完全有可能」發生的事，美股10年牛市可能即將結束。









國際貨幣基金(IMF)總裁拉加德則指出，全球經濟正處於脆弱的時刻，陸美貿易戰使得股市有下跌風險。









雷蒙詹姆斯金融公司(Raymond James)首席投資策略師Jeffrey Saut表示，根據歷史經驗，美股長期的穩定牛市往往持續15年以上，而目前這波牛市才持續至第10年，因此推測「牛市還會持續數年」。
